All the items that we carry are inspected before dispatch to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Upon receipt, goods that are not of satisfactory quality or not as described or desired, may be returned for a full refund. Please contact us beforehand in order to resolve your issue. It’s important that you return the parcel in its original condition within the legal term for returning goods (14 days), carriage and insurance paid. Please include a copy of the original invoice and we will credit your account as soon as possible.

I did receive a damaged product. What should I do?

Oh noo, that's too bad! Contact us as soon as you did discover the damage and make sure to take pictures of the damaged products, so we can evaluate how the damage occured and what we should do different.



What should I do if I received the wrong product?

If you received a product that's the wrong size or is not what you ordered, then first of all we are very sorry that your order did not meet your expectations. Get in touch us immediately so we can get this sorted for you.



What about warranty?

Can I exchange my order?
