Our online stamp design module is user-friendly and the fastest way to order a stamp online. You can enter any text with/ without a logo or image, or start using one of our templates. You’ll find clear instruction videos for each design style. Once you have completed the design, you will be presented with several stamp options that fit your particular design. You may also download and print a proof. Should you still want something different, just send us your design file and we will send a quote by email.

Weekday (Monday – Friday) orders placed before 11:30 hours will be dispatched the same day and arrive within 1-2 business days depending on your location.

For deliveries to the UK we use Royal Mail delivery and charge for orders below £ 50.00 with £ 4.75 per parcel or £ 3.75 for a bubble envelope.

Yes, that's possible. Look at "individual text plates” in the menu at left. Do not forget to order a replacement ink reservoir too. The old pad is usually worn-in on the earlier text and should therefore be replaced.

Yes, that too is one of our specialties. The choice of paper for a hall-mark card is of great importance for the quality of the imprint. Hall-mark cards are generally made of MC (= smooth) paper. That makes selecting the right stamp difficult and expensive. A regular self-inking stamp uses water-based ink which does not dry well on MC paper. So always ask your supplier for ordinary (not MC) paper so you may order a lower cost but yet good quality stamp. The best choice would be a plastic self-inking stamp of the Colop brand. Make sure the imprint fits in the box of the hall-mark card. Never create a frame for your design, because that has already been pre-printed on the card.

Rubber stamps / Stamps pads & ink


For a wooden stamp you need to separately purchase a suitable stamp pad. The advantage of such stamp is that it can also be used with various industrial inks that are suitable for other surfaces than plain paper. A self-inking stamp has an ink cartridge built-in. It has to be a water-based ink, which makes these stamps suitable for stamping on (not smooth) paper. Many different sizes and types of self-inking stamps are available from stock. The stamp pads lasts an average of 4,000 to 7,000 imprints and can easily be replaced.

To start with, ONLY black and white files at a resolution of 300dpi or more. We can edit the following files: PDF, TIF(F), AI / EPS, JPG and PNG (when using either of latter two, please pay particular attention to the required resolution).

Once we detect that the quality of your file does not meet our standards, we will contact you. We will first try to improve the quality, but if that fails we have to ask you to mail a new file.

Our design module provides the most appropriate fonts. Should you want a different font then you can should design the text plate using your own software, save it as pdf and upload it to our website. make out the imprint itself in your own program, save it as a PDF, and upload it using our website. You may also ask us by email for a special font: we have numerous fonts that are not available in the web design module. Although our laser can We do recommend not to a letter size of less than 7 or 8 points. to go in terms of letter size. Our laser machine can easily create text plates at four points, but this is so small that the stamp will be barely readable.

Most self-inking stamps are available with Black, Blue, Red and Green inks. The same goes for the ink pads.

We can mix almost any colour water-based inks. Oil-based inks and alcohol basis for special surfaces are much more complex and will be offered on special request only.

Simply order a bottle of ink and make sure to get the original brand and type. Spread the ink evenly over the entire surface. In general it is recommended to buy a new ink pad which is mechanically inked and last many more imprints.
